Discover Mountain, our newest decaf blend sourced from the highlands of northern Chiapas, Mexico. Grown by dedicated smallholder farmers near San Cristobal de las Casas and Yajalón, this coffee is as rich in character as the land it comes from.

Using pristine water from Mexico’s highest mountain, Mountain is naturally processed to be 99.9% caffeine-free—without compromising on flavour. The result? A cup that’s clean, balanced, and perfect any time of day.

Cultivated at around 1,000 meters, the Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, and Catuaí varietals produce large, smooth beans with a gentle, low-acidity profile. Expect a mellow, satisfying experience with every sip.
